Meanwhile, we can offer antigen design, peptide synthesis, gene expression, immunization, antibody purification, identification and antibody labeling services with our well-established and powerful antibody engineering platform.
 
Mouse Monoclonal Antibody Production:
 
Production of mouse monoclonal antibodies by our hybridoma platform: Customers can provide small molecules, polypeptides, modified polypeptides, proteins, fusion proteins, modified proteins and antigens for monoclonal antibody production. Meanwhile, we also provide antigen customization services, including DNA synthesis, plasmid construction, protein expression, protein purification, protein modification, peptide synthesis, peptide modification, peptide and carrier protein cross-linking, small molecule structure analysis and carrier protein conjugation. Our lab staff are experts in developing vitro diagnostic antibody & antigens, and we have unique experience in the selection and identification of antibodies (such as in vitro detection of antigen immunogenicity).
Meanwhile, our patent adjuvant (FMA01# FastAb Mouse Adjuvant) can cause a strong immune response after 21 days of immunization. In addition, we also provide a faster way- surgical spleen cell immunization to save the investigator's time.

Procedure Description Timeline
Immunization 1. Immunization of 5 mice (BALB/c), 3-4 times
2. Sera collection from 5 mice and ELISA titer determination
3. Immunization report will be delivered to the investigator
4-6 weeks
Hybridoma Screening 1. Spleen cells (the highest serum titer) fused with mouse myeloma cells.
2.  Limiting dilution of fusion cells
3. HAT selection
4. Selection of 1-10 positive clones and subcloning to 96 plates
5. Screening positive subclones by ELISA and expansion of cultivation 
6. 1mL supernatant/positive clones delivered to the investigator for testing
4-6 weeks
Production of Ascites Fluid (Optional) 1. The hybridoma cells selected by the investigator were used to produce ascites, mice were immunized, Protein A/G purified the ascites and ELISA titer determination.
2.  Purified antibody is delivered to the customer, <5mg/clone
3.  Provide detailed report and residual ascites antibody
1-3 weeks
Functional Verification (Optional) ELISA, WB, IF, FLAC, IHC, etc. 1-3 weeks
