Recombinant Human PDGFR-alpha/CD140a Protein is produced by HEK293 expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Gln24-Glu524) of human PDGFRa/CD140a (Accession #NP_006197.1) fused with an Fc, 6×His tag at the C-terminus.
储存
Store at -20℃.Store the lyophilized protein at -20℃ to -80 ℃ up to 1 year from the date of receipt.
After reconstitution, the protein solution is stable at -20℃ for 3 months, at 2-8℃ for up to 1 week.未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized recombinant Human PDGF-B at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind recombinant Human PDGFRA, the EC50 of Human PDGFRA is 109 ng/mL.
复溶
Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein. This protein is a cell surface tyrosine kinase receptor for members of the platelet-derived growth factor family. These growth factors are mitogens for cells of mesenchymal origin. The identity of the growth factor bound to a receptor monomer determines whether the functional receptor is a homodimer or a heterodimer, composed of both platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha and beta polypeptides. Studies suggest that this gene plays a role in organ development, wound healing, and tumor progression. Mutations in this gene have been associated with idiopathic hypereosinophilic syndrome, somatic and familial gastrointestinal stromal tumors, and a variety of other cancers.
