生物活性

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Serial dilution of immobilized rmRet (100 µL/well) was tested for binding with the GDNF-GFR alpha -1 complex using 4 ng/mL rhGDNF and 1 µg/mL rrGFR alpha - 1/Fc Chimera. The concentration of immobilized Ret that produces 50% of the optimal binding response is found to be approximately 2-5 µg/mL.

Recombinant Mouse Mouse Ret Protein is produced by 293F expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Leu29 - Arg637(Phe174Ser)) of Mouse Mouse Ret (Accession P35546) fused with a C-His.


储存：
Store at -20℃.Store the lyophilized protein at -20℃ to -80 ℃ up to 1 year from the date of receipt.
After reconstitution, the protein solution is stable at -20℃ for 3 months, at 2-8℃ for up to 1 week.
未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；

复溶：
Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein. For long term storage, it is recommended to add a carrier protein or stablizer (e.g. 0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose), and aliquot the reconstituted protein solution to minimize free-thaw cycles.
